Refrigeration
- In cold climates, do not plug in refrigeration until unit acclimatizes to room temperature.
- If unit is tipped for transport or moving, do not plug the unit in for at least 24 hours.
- Refrigerated units require at least bi-annual maintenance and cleaning of condenser parts. Please contact BSF or refer to an operating manual for instructions.
Cooking Equipment
